Maintain Stocks in real-time. Know what you have with a click. Track inventory movement and get notified of low stock items.

Upload inventory as a .CSV file specifying the name of product, brand, model number, color, supplier, MSRP price, product category and other.

These filters later allow you to get accurate reports of how well your inventory is doing

 

Customer Management:

Maintain a database of customers and contractors with option to create multiple shipping addresses etc., Retrieve customer information by phone number, first name, last name and view purchase history.
Efficiently handles and maintains same contractor handling multiple job sites by creating job tags.

 

Company Expense Management:

Define company expense types and enter incurred business expense amounts to be in control. Run reports on individual expense type or all expense types to determine totals for any date range. Also enter expenses paid by employees for which the company needs to reimburse.

 

Showroom Inventory Management:

Maintain your showroom inventory separately from your stock. Buy display products from suppliers separately and keep track of your showroom display inventory. System allows you to move a showroom item into regular stock for sale to customer.

 


Clearance Items:

Specify products to be on "Clearance" with special pricing and maintain a separate inventory for it. Be notified when creating a Quotation or Sales Order, if Clearance stock is available for the chosen product.

 

Employee Salary & Commission Management:

Manage Sales Associate's commission amounts based on their sales and the keep track of the salary amounts paid. Get accurate commission figures based on Sales minus Returns. Get full details of all the invoices and returns pertaining to the figures displayed. If more than one Sales Associate is involved with the sale, commissions can be divided accordingly.

 

Backorder Management:

Manage Backorders and create instant notifications to customers of the status. Convert Backorders to Supplier Purchase Orders.

 

Purchase Order Management:

Raise Purchase Orders when ordering from Suppliers with prices automatically calculated according to the percentage off of the MSRP with each Supplier. Purchase Orders are generated for Backorders and can also be generated for showroom inventory. Reconciliation feature when invoice from Supplier is received allows to make sure the accuracy of figures.

 

Supplier Management:

Maintain a database of all your suppliers with their contact information and the percentage of discount they offer off the MSRP price. When raising a Purchase Order, the system would automatically calculate your discount and create a PO to print our directly email the Supplier

 

Employee Management with Admin & Control:

Create Employee accounts according to User Rolls and define sales commission percentage structures to Sales Associates. Enter Salary details and let the system handle the rest. Grant access to employees with information they need to perform their jobs without having to compromising confidential data

 

Customer Quotations:

Create quotations for customers and give the necessary tools for Sales Associates to follow-up on given quotes and convert them into Sales Orders.
System has option of hiding Model Numbers of products in order to make it difficult for customer to shop around.

- Sales Associates can look at the quotes they have given and enter notes and set-up reminder notifications to follow-up.

 

Sales Order Management:

Create Sales Orders when a deposit payment is made towards an order and manage it up until payment is received in full, at which point the Sales Order is converted into an Invoice. Sales Orders have the flexibility of adding, editing and deleting backordered items if the items have not been received from the Supplier. Changes made to Sales Orders would automatically reflect in the Back Order and Purchase Order screens.

 

Shipment In & Out Management:

Track all incoming shipments for Backorders and instantly notify customers of items received. Keep track of items shipped and picked-up by Customers with date and timestamp to avoid confusion.

 

Digital Signature Capture:

Allows Customers to sign on a digital pad when taking delivery of products and the system would store their electronic signatures for easy retrieval along with date and accurate time.

- Saves so much of time in digging through paperwork to verify customer signature of products shipped.

 

Returns & Refunds Management:

Handle Returns and Refunds with accuracy. Apply restocking fee, specify if Returns are to be sent back to Supplier or added into inventory. If item is to be returned to Supplier, track credit note or refunds with RAN (Return Authorization Number)

Get insights of the business with in-depth reports of everything happening in the business. Reports include:
